Bradley Stoll is an experienced aviation litigator and has represented victims of aircraft accidents since 2002. He has extensive trial experience against major aviation manufacturers and has argued appellate matters before state supreme courts and appellate courts across the country.

Mr. Stoll has a career focus on complex product liability, corporate negligence, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, federal tort claims, and many other facets of aviation accident litigation. His advocacy has procured legal precedent governing the manner in which courts adjudicate aviation cases. Such precedential advances in aviation litigation include changes in the way the federal statute of repose is applied in general aviation litigation, limiting and defeating federal preemption defenses, using accident investigation and scientific methodology as a tool to successfully litigate expert opinion challenges, and many others. These advances in the legal field have assisted many accident victims in their ability to have their day in court.

Mr. Stoll is a graduate of Temple University School of Law and The University of Maryland. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has made special appearances in states across the country to represent clients.
